Q. My English is not good. Do you offer courses in languages other than English?

A. Yes. Our programs are offered in English, French and Arabic and will be also offered in Spanish and Portuguese very soon.


Q. I am a web marketer who is familiar with many SEO and PPC applications. Do you offer certification programs to professionals like me?

A. Yes we do. The Search Engine Expert Certification Program is designed for our advanced members.


Q. What is the workshop or webinar good for?

A. The workshops and webinars we offer twice a month are good for those who:

1. Want to try and see a 90 minute e-learning interaction before they register for a full program
2. Can't afford time or money for full certification programs
   

Q. Can I meet you in person?

A. No. Unless you're in the United States. However you can meet our team via live conferencing and talk to your trainer.


Q. I don't have a webcam or a microphone. Should I buy them before registering?

A. This is up to you. We prefer that you have them so we can hear and see you too but your job can also be done without them. If you have questions you can ask them via email, live chat, and/or on our members forums.


Q. What is the certificate good for?

A. We provide official certification stamped by a legal and highly reputable Californian organization and signed by it's CEO and founder. Such certification can be:

• Used in your CV/resume to show employers a proof of your skills
• Used to get new jobs or salary increase
• Used to apply and get a new job
• Used to show qualification to start a new business and get funding

Q. What are the recommendation letters?

A. In addition to the certificate of achievement, our students receive 2 recommendation letters personally signed by the CEO and founder stating your skills and what you can add to a company based on your training and any previous trainings you had in the past.


Q. How long does it take to start the program?

A. We have a new program every 2 weeks. So you'll need to expect up to 2 weeks from the day you made your payment and enrolled in the program of your interest.


Q. How long does it take for my certificate and letter of recommendation to arrive?

A. If you are in Africa then you'll need to expect up to 21 days from the day you finished the program. This will depend on your country. For some countries it only take a week or so.
